Cholibrium review: a 10-mushroom heart formula, honestly assessed
Cholibrium is a capsule blend of 10 mushroom extracts for heart and cholesterol support, sold through ClickBank. Its sales page is more careful than most. The research behind mushrooms is still thin. Here is the full picture.

| Our take | One of the more honestly marketed heart supplements we've seen, with a long guarantee. The evidence for mushrooms and cholesterol is still weak. |
What the sales page claims, and how it says it
Unlike many supplement pages, Cholibrium's wording is cautious: it says the formula is designed to support healthy heart function and help maintain cholesterol levels already within a healthy range, and it tells readers to talk to a healthcare provider. It does not claim to clear arteries or replace medicine. That is the right way to talk about a supplement.
What the research says
The best human evidence is for reishi, and it is not encouraging: a Cochrane review of small trials found it did not support reishi for heart risk factors in people with type 2 diabetes, and side effects were more common than with placebo, though not serious. Most research on the other nine mushrooms comes from the lab or animals. Our mushroom guide explains each one.
The sales page does not list how much of each mushroom is in a serving, so we couldn't compare the amounts with those used in studies.
What we liked
- Careful, compliant claims (no promises to cure or replace medicine)
- 365-day money-back guarantee, the longest we've seen
- Simple dose and free US shipping
What to watch out for
- Weak human evidence for mushrooms and cholesterol
- Amounts of each mushroom aren't listed on the sales page
- Company is based outside the US; check its record with the Better Business Bureau before buying
Who should talk to a doctor first
Anyone taking a statin or other cholesterol medicine, blood thinners, or diabetes or blood pressure medicines. Never stop a prescribed medicine for a supplement. If your cholesterol is high, your doctor's plan comes first.
The bottom line
If you want to try a mushroom blend, Cholibrium is honestly marketed and has a full year to return it. Recheck your cholesterol after a few months: the number on your lab report is the real test.
